I wanted to create a theme for my fall paintings. A moody red piece, a garden piece, and a calm golden piece.
This is the fall I see almost every year. Rays of sunshine cascading over ochre leaves. Dancing hay meadows and bountiful harvesting. Here I have a few of my favorite autumn botanicals I’ve grown, like coneflowers and asters. I also love painting twisty tree limbs and tiny leaves. I wanted the leaves to starting with yellow ending with green.
I pray this autumn you too, discover new fall spending time with God.
